Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Agent Pathshala ("we", "us") collects when you visit agentpathshala.com or buy from us, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Agent Pathshala is run by Vikash Kumar Naga, Nathwatpura, Sikar, Rajasthan 332001, India.
We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules.
What we collect
- When you buy: your name, email address, country, the product, the amount, and the order and payment ID. The payment company sends us these.
- When you write to us: your email address or social media handle, and whatever you put in your message.
- When you visit the site: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) handles basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open. It uses this to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To deliver what you bought and send your receipt.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds.
- To keep the accounting and tax records the law requires.
- To tell you about an updated edition of a book you bought.
- To send news or offers, but only if you've agreed to it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't share it with advertisers.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the shop. Each one handles your data under its own privacy policy:
- Razorpay takes payments in India.
- Cloudflare hosts this website, stores your order record (email, product, payment ID) so we can resend your download, and counts page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
- Resend sends the email with your download link.
- Google (Gmail) holds our email.
We may also share data when the law requires it, for example with tax authorities or in answer to a valid court order.
Cookies
This site doesn't set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Razorpay's checkout may use cookies to process your payment safely.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. We delete support messages and other data once we no longer need them, or when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it (we may have to keep order records for tax purposes);
- stop sending you marketing emails.
To do any of this, email [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days. If you live outside India, you have the rights your local law gives you, and we'll respect them.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and our accounts use strong passwords and two-step sign-in. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
Our products are meant for people aged 18 or over. If you're younger, please ask a parent or guardian to buy for you.
