These terms apply when you use agentpathshala.com or buy a product from us. By buying, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Agent Pathshala is run by Vikash Kumar Naga, Nathwatpura, Sikar, Rajasthan 332001, India. Email: [email protected].
2. What we sell
We sell digital products, such as ebooks in PDF format. Nothing physical is shipped. Each product page describes what you get. A bundle contains the ebooks listed on its page, delivered as separate PDF files.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹) for buyers in India and in US dollars ($) for buyers outside India.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. If you pay from outside India, your bank may add currency-conversion or foreign-transaction charges.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.

6. Your licence to use the product
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the product yourself. You may:
- keep copies on your own devices and print it for yourself;
- use the prompts and methods to make your own videos, including videos you're paid to make for clients.
You may not:
- share, upload, resell or give away the file or large parts of it;
- publish the book's text, pages or prompt library as your own product or course.
7. Copyright
All products, text, designs and the Agent Pathshala name and logo belong to us. Tool names and logos mentioned in our products belong to their owners. We're not sponsored by them.
8. No guaranteed results
Our products teach skills and share methods. We don't promise that you'll earn a certain amount, get clients, grow followers or go viral. Your results depend on your own work, your market and many things we can't control.
9. Third-party tools
Our products mention AI tools made by other companies. Their features, free plans, prices and terms can change at any time, and we're not responsible for them. Check a tool's own terms before you use it, especially before commercial use. You're responsible for how you use AI tools and for what you publish with them.
10. Limit of liability
Our products are provided "as is". As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the courts of Sikar, Rajasthan. If you're a consumer living outside India, you keep any rights your local law gives you that can't be waived.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page on the day you buy.
